 Longitudinal Profile 

  • The longitudinal sections can be attached centrally or off center.
     
  • For arrangement in pairs the profile spacing must be indicated.

 Transverse Profile

  • The transverse profiles T 40, T 50,
    T 100, TN 40, TN 50 should be applied
    when possible only on coatings with
    min. 1mm strength.
     
  • Transverse profiles are applied under normal conditions right-angles and through to the band edge.
     
  • Other profile arrangements -
    V-shaped or arranged -
    are possible centrally.

length and transverse profiles from PVC can be applied on all conveyor types.

Since profile dimensions and belts strength must be selected in the correct relation to each other, one-ply belts should be equipped only with the profiles 6x4, 8x5, 8x8.
